โรงเรียนที่สร้างขึ้นโดยสมาคมพ่อค้าชาวจีนที่เข้ามาดำเนินกิจการเหมืองแร่ดีบุกในอดีต เพื่อให้ลูกหลานชาวจีนได้ศึกษาเล่าเรียนภาษาจีน เป็นอาคารทรงชิโน – โปรตุกีส สร้างขึ้นเมื่อประมาณปี พ.ศ. 2465
